耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓室成型术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓室成型术的临床效果。方法选取我院鼓膜穿孔患者82例(2017年1月至2019年12月),随机分为显微镜下颞肌筋膜行鼓室成型术的对照组(41例)与耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓室成型术的观察组(41例),观察患者手术情况、气导听阈及气骨导差。结果与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、出血量、出院时间少,气导听阈及气骨导差改善情况好,P<0.05。结论耳内镜下应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜复合体行鼓室成型术,手术时间短,创伤小,住院时间少且听力改善情况好,值得借鉴。Objective To observe the clinical effect of auricle cartilaginous perichondrium complex under ear endoscopy in tympanoplasty.Methods 82 patients were selected from patients with tympanic membrane perforation(January 2017 to December 2019),were randomly divided into temporal myofascial tympanic membrane under a microscope line of tympanic cavity forming technique of the control group(41 cases)and under endotoscope tragus cartilage-perichondrium complex line of tympanic cavity injection molding technique of observation group(41 cases),observation of patients situation,air conduction audibility threshold and bones.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less operation time,less bleeding,less discharge time,and better improvement of air conductance hearing threshold and air bone conductance difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the tragus cartilaginous perichondrium complex under ear endoscopy in tympanoplasty has the advantages of short operation time,less trauma,less hospital stay and better hearing improvement.
