摘　　要：目的探讨构建科学实用的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专科护理敏感指标及实施效果。方法确定耳鼻咽喉头颈外科护理敏感指标,将2018年实施专科护理敏感指标前我院收治的行扁桃体术治疗的70例患者作为对照组,选取2019年实施专科护理敏感指标后我院收治的行扁桃体术治疗的患者70例作为观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组则提供专科护理质量敏感指标检测管理,比较两组患者的住院护理满意度、术后疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建科学实用的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科专科护理敏感指标能提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,缓解患者不适,减少并发症的发生,促进疾病尽快康复。Objective To explore the construction of scientific and practical otolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing sensitive indicators and implementation effect.Methods To determine the otolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing sensitive indicators,70 patients with tonsillectomy in our hospital before the implementation of special nursing sensitive indicators in 2018 were selected as the control group,and 70 patients with tonsillectomy in our hospital after the implementation of special nursing sensitive indicators in 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was provided with special nursing quality sensitivity The nursing satisfaction,postoperative pain score and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the postoperative pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of scientific and practical otolaryngology head and neck surgery nursing sensitive indicators can improve the quality of nursing,improve patient satisfaction,ease patient discomfort,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the disease recovery as soon as possible.
