摘　　要：目的调查儿童支气管哮喘控制水平的相关影响因素,提出干预策略。方法选取2017年1月-2018年5月路桥区中医院收治的472例哮喘患儿为研究对象,依据哮喘的控制情况将其分为控制组(289例)和未控制组(183例)。采用多因素Logistic回归法筛选哮喘控制水平的相关影响因素。结果影响儿童哮喘控制水平的因素包括呼吸道感染史、半年内房屋装修史、家长认知水平、系统疾病管理教育、规范化治疗、掌握用药技术等,其中家长认知水平为保护因素,其余因素均为危险因素。结论哮喘患儿经过系统治疗后仍有较高的哮喘未控制率,应针对其相关影响因素早期采取干预措施,提高哮喘的控制水平,改善患儿预后。Objective To survey the related influencing factors of control level of bronchial asthma in children,propose countermeasures.Methods A total of 472 children with asthma treated in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Luqiao District from January 2017 to May 2018 were selected and divided into control group(289 children)and uncontrolled group(183 children)according to the controlling situation of asthma.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to screen the related influencing factors of control level of asthma.Results The related influencing factors of control level of asthma in children included history of respiratory tract infection,history of house decoration within half a year,cognitive level of parents,systematic disease management and education,standardized treatment,and mastery of medication technology;among the factors,cognitive level of parents was the protective factor,the other factors were risk factors.Conclusion The uncontrolled rate of asthma is still high in children after systematic treatment,the intervention measures should be taken early according to the related influencing factors to improve control level of asthma and prognosis.
