摘 要:在长期的理论计算与现场实践中发现两种现行国内主流的汽轮机试验热耗计算方法存在差异,经过理论推导并在国内某汽轮机考核试验时应用了理论推导的成果。计算结果表明方法一比方法二计算的汽轮机试验热耗值偏小,指出方法一在计算时存在漏项的问题。经过方法一与方法二的比较分析,指出汽轮机性能试验时隔离系统的重要性。另外比较分析了两种计算除氧器热平衡的方法,分析结果表明其中一种方法比另外一种方法更简洁且准确性高。During the long-term theoreticalcalculations and on-site practice,the differences between the twoexistingtestturbineheat ratecalculation methods which are popular in the current are found.Throughtheoretical derivationand apply the theoretical analysisresults in a steam turbine test.The turbinetestresults show that the calculated heat rate of the first method is smaller than the calculated heat rate of the second method.The problem of polynomial omission which exists in the first method is pointed out.After comparativeanalysis ofthe two calculation methods,pointed out the reasonswhythermal system isolation is necessary beforetheturbineperformancetest.Further,comparativeanalysisof two calculation methods of deaeratorthermal equilibrium is conducted.The analysis showed thatone of the methods issimplerthanthe other wayandisnot prone to error.
