摘 要:针对轮胎制造工艺中四辊压延机橡胶胶层厚度的在机自动检测问题,结合压延机的结构和工艺特点,采用激光测量结合涡流位移检测的复合检测方法,分析并推导胶层厚度测量原理,设计并开发了橡胶压延机胶层厚度测量仪的硬件及测量软件。现场测试数据表明:橡胶胶层厚度测量重复精度小于±30μm。测量系统运行稳定、可靠。Aiming at the problem that automatic on-line detection technology and realization method of rubber layer thickness of four-roll rubber calender during tire manufactuing are studied,based on the structure and process characteristics of calender,the measuring principle of the rubber layer thickness is analyzed and deduced by using the compound detection method of laser measurement combined with eddy current displacement detection.The hardware and measurement software of the thickness measuring device for rubber cover machine are designed and developed.Field test data show that the measuring precision of rubber layer thickness is less than±30μm and the measurement system runs steadily and reliably.
