摘　　要：医院应急库房的建设可以快速响应突发公共卫生事件以及医院内部应急提供应急救援及物资保障。对医院应急库房进行全面优化管理,完善应急库房的制度和规章建设;加强应急库房的物资保障管理;优化应急背包管理;提高应急库房物资流转管理;建立应急库房交流机制。医院应急库房管理更加规范,物资保障速度更快,物资的资源配置更加合理,为突发公共卫生事件救援和医院内部应急争取宝贵时间。医院应急库房建设势在必行,优化应急库房管理可以有效提高应急物资保障能力,快速响应院内和院外应急救援所需应急物资。The construction of hospital emergency storehouse can quickly respond to public health emergencies and provide emergency rescue and material support for hospital internal emergency.To optimize the management of hospital emergency storehouse,perfect the system and rules of emergency storehouse,strengthen the material guarantee management of emergency storehouse,optimize the management of emergency backpack,improve the material circulation management of emergency storehouse,and establish the exchange mechanism of emergency storehouse.The management of hospital emergency storehouse was more standardized,the speed of material support was faster,and the allocation of material resources was more reasonable,so as to strive for valuable time for public health emergency rescue and hospital internal emergency.The construction of hospital emergency storehouse is imperative.Optimizing the management of emergency storehouse can effectively improve the ability of emergency materials support,and quickly respond to the emergency materials needed by the hospital and the hospital.
