五腔管冲洗后尿道治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征

摘　　要：目的 :探讨慢性前列腺炎综合征更有效的治疗方法。方法 :在四腔管的基础上制作成五腔管 ,对 4 2例慢性前列腺炎综合征患者经尿道置入五腔管 ,用磁性高渗热盐水反复冲洗感染的后尿道 ,并以敏感抗生素等药物加压注入前列腺治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征。结果 :4 2例中显效 19例 ,有效16例 ,总有效率 83.33%。结论 :五腔管容易制作 ,操作方便 ,疗效确切 ,是治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征较好的方法之一。Objective:To probe into the more effective treatment of chronic prostatitis syndrome. Method: 42 patientd of chronic proststitis syndrome have been treated with the fivetubed catheter,which was made from the four tubed catheter.The upper urethra was syringed repeatedly with hot magnetic hyperyonic agua and the prostate was injected pressingly with effective antibiotics. Results: 19 cases were distinct effective and 16 cases wereeffective.The total effective rate was 83.33%. Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment with five tubed catheter was a more satisfied therapy on chronic prostatitis syndrome.
