摘  要:青少年成人起病型糖尿病(maturity onset diabetes of the young,MODY)是一种常染色体显性遗传的特殊类型糖尿病,由于单基因突变导致患者胰岛β细胞功能障碍,其中MODY3是一类常见亚型。抵抗素(resistin)是一种新发现的脂肪因子,在小鼠脂肪组织内呈高表达,因其在动物模型中具有抵抗胰岛素的作用,被许多研究者认为是连接肥胖和糖尿病的关键点。近年来随着人们对抵抗素的深入研究,发现与啮齿动物不同,人抵抗素主要在免疫细胞中表达,在体内炎症及糖代谢紊乱的发生过程中起关键作用,并参与糖尿病等多种疾病的发生发展。因此,了解抵抗素在体内的作用机制,将有助于明确MODY3的发病机理,对患者进行精确诊断、科学治疗、遗传咨询均有重要意义。Maturity onset diabetes of the young(MODY)is a special type of diabetes with autosomal dominant inheritance,which is characterized by isletβcell dysfunction due to a single gene mutation,MODY3 is a common subtype.Resistin,a newly discovered adipokine,is highly expressed in mice adipose tissue.Because of its insulin resistance in animal models,it is considered by many researchers to be a key link between obesity and diabetes.In recent years,with the in-depth study of resistin,it is found that unlike rodents,human resistin is mainly expressed in immune cells,plays a key role in the process of inflammation and glucose metabolism disorder in vivo,and participates in the occurrence and development of diabetes and other diseases.Therefore,understanding the immune mechanism of resistin in human body will help to clarify the pathogenesis of MODY3,and it is of great significance for accurate diagnosis,scientific treatment and genetic consultation of patients.
