摘  要:为了给高温升燃烧室出口温度场测量提供技术支持,以某高温升5头部扇形燃烧室试验件为试验平台,分析双铂铑热电偶、铱铑热电偶和燃气分析3种测温方法对高温升燃烧室温度场试验结果的影响。在油气比为0.027、0.030、0.033和0.037下,利用3种测温方法获得燃烧室出口的平均温度、热点温度、出口温度分布系数和径向出口温度分布系数,并与理论温度进行对比。结果表明:燃气分析、双铂铑热电偶和铱铑热电偶测量的温度分别比理论值高0~1.1%、低3.0%~3.5%和低5.0%~6.5%,3种测温方法所获出口温度场品质差别不大。In order to provide technical support for temperature field measurement at the outlet of the high temperature rise combustor,the influence of temperature measurement methods of double platinum rhodium thermocouple,iridium rhodium thermocouple and gas analysis on the temperature field test results of high temperature rise combustor were analyzed by using a high temperature rise combustor segment 90°-sector with 5 dome as the test platform.The average temperature,hot spot temperature,Overall Temperature Distribution Factor(OTDF)and Radial Temperature Distribution Factor(RTDF)of the combustor outlet were obtained by using three temperature measurement methods under the fuel-air ratio of 0.027,0.030,0.033 and 0.037,and compared with the theoretical temperature.The results show that the temperature measured by gas analysis is 0~1.1%higher than the theoretical value,the double platinum rhodium thermocouple is 3.0%~3.5%lower than the theoretical value,the iridium rhodium thermocouple is 5.0%~6.5%lower than the theoretical value.There is little difference in the quality of the temperature field obtained by the three methods.
