摘  要:对天然气中汞的危害性和常规天然气脱汞的技术进行了论述,通过自制DeHg-1脱汞剂、改进脱汞实验装置,研究了脱汞性能的影响因素,得出温度、压力、空速及杂质对脱汞效果的影响情况和影响程度。研究发现温度、空速和杂质对脱汞效果都有不同程度的影响,其中温度影响较大,杂质中一氧化碳对脱汞效果也有较明显的影响。The harmfulness of mercury in natural gas and the technology of mercury removal from conventional natural gas are discussed.The influence factors of mercury removal performance of the self-made mercury removal agent DeHg-1 are studied by the laboratory experiment device.The influence of temperature,pressure,space velocity and impurity on the mercury removal performance and the degree of influence are obtained.It was found that temperature,space velocity and impurities had different effects on the mercury removal effect.The temperature had a great influence.The carbon monoxide in the impurities also had a significant effect on the mercury removal effect.
