摘　　要：本文介绍了再生橡胶的利用现状及生产工艺,对再生橡胶高温高压动态脱硫废气的处理工艺进行了简要阐述,并通过工程实例论证采用气/固旋风分离+二次冷却+气/液分离+碱洗涤+稻壳灰吸附组合处理工艺,对再生橡胶脱硫罐排放的废气进行净化处理,可实现脱硫废气的达标排放。Utilization and production processes of reclaimed rubber are introduced in this paper.Treatment processes of waste gas exhausted duringthe dynamic desulfurizationof reclaimed rubber under high temperature and pressurearebriefly described.Combined treatment process of gas/solid cyclone separation,secondary cooling,gas/liquid separation,alkali washing and rice husk ash adsorptionfor purifying exhaustgas from reclaimed rubber devulcanizer is demonstrated through project examples.The desulphurization waste gas discharged could reach the standards.
