摘 要:板式消声器由覆在刚性背腔的弹性板构成,利用声波和弹性板的耦合作用,降低下游透射的声能,在低频具有宽频带的消声特性。为提高板式消声器的性能,提出了具有弹性背腔结构的板式消声器模型,推导了弹性背腔板式消声器的传递损失特性,进一步地研究了弹性背板结构参数的影响和消声机理,并与现有的刚性背腔模型进行比较。结果表明:理论计算结果与有限元方法吻合一致;较现有的刚性背腔板式消声器,相同尺寸条件下,弹性背腔板式消声器的有效消声带宽得到显著提高。Composed of rigid back cavity(RBC)covered with a flexible plate,a plate silencer can suppress the propagation of noise through the duct by coupling incident sound pressure with the flexible plate,which has broadband low-frequency characteristics.To improve the performance of the plate silencer further,a plate silencer with a flexible back cavity(FBC)was proposed.The transmission loss characteristics of the FBC plate silencer were derived,and the influence of structural parameters of the flexible back plate was studied as well as the mechanism of the silencer.Comparison was made between the FBC plate silencer with existing RBC plate silencers.The theoretical results agreed well with finite element method(FEM)results;and the bandwidth of the FBC plate silencer was improved obviously,compared with that of the RBC plate silencer under the same size condition.
