摘  要:舰用燃气轮机支撑结构的抗冲击性一直深受关注。在整机试验难以进行的条件下,开展支撑结构的部件强化冲击试验十分有必要。以某舰用燃气轮机后支撑结构为研究对象,利用局部分析法分析了后支撑结构的边界条件及载荷特性,考虑实际部件试验的可行性,建立了后支撑结构的缩比试验模型;以相似理论为指导,推导出部件原结构与缩比试验模型的冲击响应对应关系;并开展了缩比试验模型的冲击试验,并完成了缩比试验模型试验结果、数值模拟结果与原结构数值模拟结果的冲击响应等效性分析。结果表明,所建立的缩比试验模型能够反映原结构的冲击响应特性,后支撑结构的转接座连接处是抗冲击的薄弱部位。The impact resistance of marine gas turbine support structures has been receiving much attention.In view of the difficulty in testing a whole gas turbine,it is necessary to carry out strengthened impact tests on the components of support structures.The rear support structure of a large marine gas turbine was taken as a research object.The boundary conditions and load characteristics of the rear support structure were analyzed by using the local analysis method.Considering the feasibility of the actual component test,a scale test model for the rear support was established,and the impact response of the original structure could be derived from that of the scaled model based on the theory of similarity.The impact test of the scale model was carried out,and an equivalence analysis between the scale model test results,its numerical simulation results and the original structure numerical simulation results was performed detailedly.The results show that the established scale test model can finely reflect the impact response characteristics of the original structure.It is found that the joint of the rear support structure is the weak part of the impact resistance.
