摘 要:以武汉某高层住宅为研究对象进行了现场实测和数值模拟,同时针对高层电梯主机结构复杂,振源多样的问题,提出了一种基于加速度响应的荷载识别方法来识别电梯主机动荷载。结果表明:业主居室间二次噪声在100~160 Hz内皆超过瑞典低频噪声限值;该研究提出的荷载识别方法可以准确地识别电梯主机动荷载;高层住宅有限元模型和声辐射边界元模型相结合可以较好地模拟业主居室间振动和二次噪声。The field measurement and numerical simulation on the elevator engine induced noise in a high-rise residential building in Wuhan were carried out.A load identification method based on acceleration responses was proposed to identify the dynamic load of the elevator main engine.The results show that the secondary noise in the owner’s room exceeds the Swedish low frequency noise limit in the range of 100—160 Hz.The load identification method proposed can accurately identify the dynamic load of the elevator.The combination use of the finite element model and the acoustic radiation boundary element model can well simulate the vibration and secondary noise of the owner’s residence.
