补肾调经系列方联合炔诺酮治疗功能性子宫出血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补肾调经系列方联合炔诺酮治疗功能性子宫出血临床疗效及对患者性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:将80例功能性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组40例单用炔诺酮治疗,观察组40例给予补肾调经系列方(1号方、2号方)联合炔诺酮治疗,观察并比较2组临床疗效,以及治疗前后患者促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E2)、孕酮(P)水平、子宫内膜厚度变化。结果:总有效率观察组为95.0%,对照组为77.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者血清LH、FSH、E2、P水平及子宫内膜厚度均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项指标改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:功能失调性子宫出血患者采用补肾调经系列方联合炔诺酮干预,可有效改善患者性激素水平,降低子宫内膜厚度,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Tiaojing serial prescriptions combined with norethisterone for dysfunctional uterine bleeding and its effect on sexhormone levels and endometrial thickness. Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The control group was simply treated with norethisterone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Tiaojing serial prescriptions(No.1 and No.2 prescription) based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estrogen(E2) and phosphorus(P) as well as endometrial thickness before and after treatment,and the clinical effect in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95% in the observation group and 77.5% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of LH,FSH,E2 and P in serum as well as endometrial thickness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bushen Tiaojing serial prescriptions combined with norethisterone for dysfunctional uterine bleeding can significantly improve sexhormone levels, endometrial thickness and clinical effect.
