中药穴位贴敷联合推拿手法治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合推拿手法治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法:选取90例哮喘缓解期患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用推拿手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药穴位贴敷,疗程均为3个月。观察临床疗效并比较2组临床症状及肺功能的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组气短、面色、出汗、食欲、精神积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均较治疗前上升,且高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为82.22%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合推拿手法治疗小儿支气管哮喘缓解期,可改善患者的临床症状及肺功能,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point application with Chinese herbal medicine combined with tuina manipulation for children with bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods:A total of 90 cases of children with asthma in remission stage were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tuina manipulation,and the observation group was additionally treated with point application with Chinese herbal medicine based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three months. The curative effect was observed;the change in clinical symptoms and lung function before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of shortness of breath, complexion, sweating, appetite and mental in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were all increased,and higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 82.22% in the observation group, higher than that of 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of point application with Chinese herbal medicine combined with tuina manipulation for children with bronchial asthma in remission stage can improve the clinical symptoms and the lung function with high safety.
