Clinical Study on Point Application Combined with Emotional Nursing of Chinese Medicine Intervening Mental Disorders Induced by Epilepsy

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理干预癫痫所致精神障碍的临床效果。方法:将106例癫痫所致精神障碍患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各53例。2组均给予常规药物治疗,对照组在常规药物治疗基础上实施中医情志护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗,2组均干预2个月。对比2组阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:干预后,2组阳性症状、阴性症状及一般情况评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05),观察组阳性症状、阴性症状及一般情况评分均较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组锥体外系反应、心慌、体位性低血压、恶心及视物模糊发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中医情志护理干预癫痫所致精神障碍,可以改善患者的症状,提升疗效,安全性良好。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of point application combined with emotional nursing of Chinese medicine intervening mental disorders induced by epilepsy. Methods:A total of 106 cases of patients with mental disorders induced by epilepsy were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 53 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine medicine;the control group was additionally given emotional nursing of Chinese medicine, and the observation group was additionally given point application based on the treatment of the control group. The intervention was lasted for two months. The scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS),clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the scores of positive symptoms,negative symptoms and general situation in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of above three scores in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). The clinical effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). When compared the incidence of reaction of extrapyramidal system,palpitations, postural hypotension, nausea and blurred version between the two groups, there was no significance in differences(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of point application combined with emotional nursing of Chinese medicine in intervening mental disorders induced by epilepsy can improve symptoms of patients and enhance curative effect,with good safety.
