头风饼治疗血管性头痛护理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头风饼外治法治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法:将80例血管性头痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用头风饼外用敷贴;对照组40例采用头痛宁胶囊口服。2组均以7 d为1个疗程,比较2组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化,评估2组疗效。结果:2组干预前疼痛积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组干预后,2组评分均较干预前降低(P<0.01);干预后2组疼痛评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头风饼外治法治疗疗效优于使用头痛宁胶囊,能有效缓解血管性头痛。Objective: To observe the curative effect of external treatment with Toufeng cake for vascular headache.Methods: A total of 80 cases of patients with vascular headache were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group. The treatment group was given external application with Toufeng cake,and the control group was given oral administration of Toutongning capsules. Both groups were treated for seven days. The changes in the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) in the two groups were compared;the curative effect in the two groups was evaluated. Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,the scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.01). After intervention, the comparison of pain scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.01). The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The external treatment with Toufeng cake has better curative effect than that of Toutongning capsules,and can effectively relieve vascular headache.
