摘 要:目的通过与护士静脉采血对比,验证自动静脉采血机器人的安全性和有效性。方法将180例受试者按区组随机化方法分为对照组90例和试验组90例。对照组由护士采血;试验组由自动静脉采血机器人采血。比较2组的采血成功率、穿刺疼痛感和不良事件发生率。结果试验组和对照组的采血成功率分别为94.44%(85例/90例)和82.22%(74例/90例),穿刺疼痛感分别为0.20±0.39和1.40±0.54,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。试验组和对照组分别有6例(6.67%)和8例(8.89%)受试者发生了不良事件。结论自动静脉采血机器人可提高采血成功率,减少患者痛苦,降低不良事件的发生率。Objective To verify the safety and effectiveness of the automatic venous blood collection robot by comparing with the artificial venous blood collection of nurses.Methods A total of 180 subjects were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 90 cases per group.The control group received artificial blood collection by nurses,while the treatment group received automatic venous blood collection robot.The success rates of blood collection,puncture pain and incidences of adverse events were compared between two groups.Results The success rates of blood collection in the treatment group and the control group were 94.44%(85 cases/90 cases)and 82.22%(74 cases/90 cases),the puncture pain was 0.20±0.39 and 1.40±0.54,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).There were 6 cases(6.67%)and 8 cases(8.89%)of adverse event in the treatment group and the control group respectively.Conclusion This shows that venous blood collection robot can improve the success rate of blood collection,reduce the pain of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
