暴发性1型糖尿病临床特征及分析四例报道

摘　　要：回顾性分析2015年1月至2019年2月于我院内分泌科住院治疗的4例暴发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)患者的临床资料,总结其临床特征。4例患者均起病急骤,1周内迅速出现DKA,首诊BG 34.64~54.55 mmol/L,HbA1c 6.4%~6.7%,FC-P 0.01~0.15 ng/ml,2 hC-P 0.01~0.21 ng/ml。FT1DM是DM的急危重症,病情凶险,进展迅速,临床医生应加强认识。4 patients with fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus(FT1DM)were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2019.Here we summarized the clinical and laboratory characteristics of the patients with FT1DM.All 4 patients had an acute onset and developed diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)within 1 week.At the first visit,the blood glucose level was 34.64 ~ 54.55 mmol/L,HbA1c 6.4%~6.7%,FC-P 0.01 ~ 0.15 ng/ml and 2 hC-P 0.01 ~ 0.21 ng/ml.FT1DM is a rapidly progressing and dangerous type of diabetes.Clinicians should strengthen their ability to diagnose and treat this disease.
