摘 要:双工作行程机构是指在原动件的一个运动周期内,执行构件具有两个工作行程和两个回退行程的机构。椭圆曲柄是能够生成椭圆曲线的行星机构,用椭圆曲柄替代曲柄滑块机构的驱动曲柄,相当于一个具有变化的长度和速度、沿着椭圆曲线运动的曲柄,从而改变了滑块的运动特性。适当选择机构参数可使椭圆曲柄滑块机构具有双工作行程运动特性。文中用一个特殊类型的椭圆曲柄滑块机构作为双工作行程机构,给出了机构分析与综合方法,分析了机构参数对各个行程的影响,给出了各个参数的选择范围,为双工作行程机构设计提供了理论依据。The mechanism with double working strokes is characterized with the performing link which has two working and returning strokes within one cycle of the driving components.The elliptic crank is a planet mechanism which generates elliptic curves,with the crank slider’s driving crank replaced by the elliptic crank.Thus,a crank which has varying length and speed and moves along the elliptical is worked out,thus changing the slider’s kinematic characteristics.A proper selection of mechanism parameters is helpful for the elliptical crank slider with the kinematic characteristics of double working stroke.In this article,a special elliptical crank slider is adopted as a mechanism with double working strokes.The method of mechanism synthesis is explored,and the analysis is conducted on the influence of mechanism parameters on each stroke,in order to identify the selection range of mechanism parameters.It provides theoretical basis for the design of such mechanisms with double working strokes.
