摘  要:针对基本尺寸相同的孔与轴之间的过渡配合公差带,定性划分为上过渡、全过渡、下过渡3种状态。引入可靠性分析理论,基于双边幂指数与梯形法则构造孔轴尺寸分布的隶属函数,在零件测量尺寸满足高斯分布的假设前提下,获得孔轴过渡配合公差带在3种状态下配合关系的概率矩阵,全面实现对孔轴过渡配合关系的可靠性分析。文末给出一算例,结果验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。The transition-fit tolerance zone between the holes and the axles with the same size is qualitatively divided into three states:upper transition,full transition,and lower transition.Based on the theory of reliability analysis,the membership function of the hole-shaft dimension distribution is identified according to the bilateral power index and the trapezoidal law.Besides,under the assumption that the measurement size of the part meets the requirement of the Gauss distribution,the probability matrix of the hole-shaft transition-fit tolerance zone under three states is worked out,so that the analysis is conducted on the reliability of the hole-shaft transition fit relationship.Finally,an example is given to prove that this method is feasible and effective.
