摘 要:为提高工程车辆驾驶室操控台的美观度,构建了用户偏好驱动下的工程车辆操控台造型优化设计系统。以轮式装载机为例,通过聚类分析法与因子分析法建立了操控台造型设计要素与用户偏好间的映射关系;依据数量化理论I类,借助SPSS软件确定了两者的函数关系;结合交互式遗传算法(Interactive Genetic Algorithm,IGA)适应度函数,构建了操控台造型优化设计模型,利用MATLAB软件编制出优化设计系统及交互界面。结果表明:该系统可准确输出用户满意的设计方案,能为工程车辆操控台造型优化设计提供参考。In order to improve aesthetics of construction vehicle cab console,a modeling optimization design system of construction vehicle console was constructed based on user preference driven.A mapping relationship between modeling design elements of console and user preferences was established using cluster analysis method and factor analysis method with the example of wheel loader.The function relationship between them was determined based on the quantitative theory I class and SPSS software.The Interactive Genetic Algorithm(IGA)fitness function was used to construct the console modeling optimization design model.MATLAB was used to compile optimal design system and interactive interface.The results showed that this system could accurately output user-satisfied design scheme,and could provide references for optimal design of construction vehicle console.
