摘　　要：隔离电压是光隔离放大器产品的重要指标之一,产品的输入地和输出地进行隔离,可以提高系统的抗干扰性能、安全性和可靠性。随着电子器件小型化的趋势,如何界定微小尺度下的气体击穿特性显得尤为重要。Isolation voltage is one of the important indicators of optical isolation amplifier products.The isolation of input and output lines can improve the anti-interference performance,safety and reliability of the system.With the trend of miniaturization of electronic devices,it is particularly important to define the breakdown characteristics of gases at micro-scale.
