摘  要:本文采用Texas Instruments公司的冗全可编程的数字电源控制器UCD3138作为数字电源的主控芯片。通过片内的数字电源控制环路执行数字控制。此环路由一个专用误差模数转换器EADC、一个基于2极点2零点数字PIDcx环路孙偿器CLA和具有250ps脉宽分辨率的数字脉宽调制器DPWM组成。误差模数转换器EADC将输出电压的采样值转换为数字量,利用数字环路补偿器CLA的PIDa控制律实现基准值与采样值之间的误差调节,通过片内DPWM脉宽调制器发出PWM波,驱动数字电源主电路开关管工作,从而控制数字电源达到稳定输出。文章详细分析了数字环路控制基本原理和PIDa环路补偿器的建模与设计方法,并基于Fusion Digital Power Designer软件对设计的PIDa环路朴偿器进行仿真验证,最后使用C语言设计相应的PIDa环路补偿器代码,并在实验样机上基于PSM3750频率响应分析仪验证PIDa算法,实验验证该数字电源PIDa环路孙偿器设计方法的正确性与可行性。This article uses Texas instruments fully programmable digital power controller UCD3138 as the master chip for digital power supply.Digital control is performed by the UCD3138 digital power control loop which is routed by a dedicated error analog to digital converter EADC,a 2 poles 2 zeroes digital PIDa compensator GLA and on-chip DP-WM module with 250ps pulse width resolution.The error analog to digital converter EADC converts the sampled value of the output voltage into a digital quantity.The PIDot control law of digital compensator CLA realizes the error adjustment between the reference value and the sampled value.The on-chip DPWM modulator sends a PWM wave through to drive the main circuit switches work to control the digital power supply to achieve a stable output.In this paper,the basic principles of digital loop control and the design method of digital PIDa compensator are analyzed in detail and the PIDa compensator of the design is simulated and verified based on Fusion Digital Power Designer software.Finally,the corresponding PIDa compensator code is designed in C language.Code debugging is performed on the actual prototype based on PSM3750 frequency response analyzer.The correctness and feasibility of the design method of the digital power PIDa compensator is verified.
