摘　　要：9月26日上午,作为第六届中日韩产业博览会重要活动之一的中日韩国际商事仲裁论坛在潍坊召开。本次论坛由潍坊市人民政府、山东省仲裁发展促进会主办,潍坊仲裁委员会、潍坊市司法局、日本商事仲裁协会、大韩商事仲裁院承办,国际商会、新加坡国际仲裁中心、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会山东分会、山东国际仲裁中心协办。山东省政协常委、社会法制委员会主任、省仲裁发展促进会会长孟富强,山东省司法厅二级巡视员孙成文,潍坊市人民政府副市长孙刚出席论坛并致辞。China-Japan-Korea International Commercial Arbitration Forum was held as one of the important activities of the 6^th China-Japan-Korea Industries Expo on the morning of September 26,2020.At the forum,the unveiling ceremony of China-Japan-Korea(Weifang)International Commercial Arbitration Center was held,marking a new step for Weifang's arbitration.Adhering to the principles of joint discussion,development and sharing,the center will carry out the application of international civil and commercial laws for study,reciprocal visits,exchanges,and cooperation in the non-central mode to realize the sharing of information,resources and achievements.It will explore the establishment of a new arbitration mechanism for commercial disputes in the China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Zone so as to provide highquality arbitration services for the opening-up and development of various countries and inter national economic and trade disputes,giving full play to the role of arbitration and displaying the responsibility of arbitration.
