摘　　要：近年来,潍坊市秉持先行先试理念,着力探索打造PPP助力乡村振兴的规范路径和有效模式,率先在乡村振兴领域创新引人PPP模式,成功人库和运作了一批农村教育、医养结合、文旅融合、特色产业等项目,项目总数17个,估算总投资125亿元,利用财政“小支出”撬动社会资本“大投入”,有效解决了乡村振兴领域融资难题。Adhering to the notion of"early a nd pilot implementation",Weifang has been concentrated on exploring the effective way and mode of rural revitalization with the help of PPP in recent years.It takes the lead in introducing PPP mode first in the feld of rural revitalization and has successfully put into operation 17 projects involving rural education,integrated eldercare services with medical care,integration of culture and tourism,and characteristic industries with an estimated total investment of 12.5 billion yuan.By levering the"big investment"of social capital with the"small expenditure"of the local finance,it has effectively solved the difficulty of financing in the field of rural revitalization.
