摘　　要：指出了预制装配式建筑具有绿色环保的优点,可以推进建筑业转型升级。通过苏州市鲈乡实验小学的装配式混凝土建筑施工技术研究,阐述了PC构件的施工准备、吊装分析、施工工艺流程、BIM技术应用等相关内容,保证工程建设的顺利进行,获得良好的效益,可为类似工程提供参考。Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of environmental protection and promotes the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Through the research on the construction technology of prefabricated concrete buildings in Experimental Primary School of Luxiang,Suzhou city,this paper expounds the construction preparation,hoisting analysis,construction process,BIM technology application and other related contents of PC components,so as to ensure the smooth construction of the project and obtain good benefits,which can provide reference for similar projects.
