浅谈湖南真乡风电场投资控制的管理与实践

摘　　要：湖南真乡风电场工程范围大,山区地势复杂,道路条件不理想,风电建设面临许多投资控制的问题,针对这些问题,风电总承包项目部始终贯彻“投资前策划,投资中控制,投资后分析考核”的指导思想,探讨出合理的投资控制方法和主要措施,通过编制执行概算、分标方案、招标控制价、加强合同变更与索赔、进行建造合同评审等,对工程投资进行了有效的控制。Hunan Zhenxiang Wind Farm has a large project scope,complex mountainous terrain and unsatisfactory road conditions.Wind power construction faces many investment control problems.In response to these problems,the wind power general contracting project department has always implemented the guiding ideology of"pre-investment planning,investment control,post-investment analysis and assessment",and explored reasonable investment control methods and main measures.The project investment was effectively controlled through the preparation and execution of budget estimates,bid sub-bidding plans,bidding control prices,strengthening contract changes and claims,and conducting construction contract review.
