摘 要:近年来,我国城市地铁建设发展迅猛,盾构法是目前应用最为广泛的地铁施工方法。地铁施工中如果遇到地下障碍物,尤其是盾构隧道遇到障碍物会影响盾构正常施工,甚至带来安全隐患,必须提前处理。当地下存在大直径、高强度的锚管群侵入隧道限界时,如何利用盾构快速、经济、高效地穿越锚管群影响区域成为盾构施工面临的一个亟待解决的问题。本文结合实际案例,介绍了一种利用旋挖钻机清除大直径、高强度锚管群的施工方法,为相关施工提供参考。In recent years,China's urban subway construction has developed rapidly,and the shield method is currently the most widely used subway construction method.If encounter underground obstacles during subway construction,especially when the shield tunnel encounters obstacles,it will affect the normal construction of the shield and even bring potential safety hazards,so it must be dealt with in advance.When a large-diameter and high-strength anchor pipe group invades the tunnel boundary,how to use the shield to quickly,economically and efficiently pass through the affected area of the anchor pipe group has become an urgent problem for shield construction.Based on actual cases,this article introduces a construction method of using a rotary drilling rig to remove large-diameter and high-strength anchor pipe groups,to provide reference for related construction.
