连续梁现浇施工大跨度支架方案研究

摘　　要：结合福州绕城公路东南段A7合同段琅岐特大桥1号桥主跨3×40m连续梁支架现浇施工实例,对于大尺寸及大体积的连续梁现浇采用WDJ型碗扣件搭设满堂支架,跨越地方道路采用贝雷桁架纵梁+钢管柱支墩设置大跨度通车门洞方案,支架结构承载能力验算方法进行了详细的阐述。为此类现浇连续梁支架方案提供借鉴。Combined with the construction example of the 3×40m cast-in-situ continuous beam support for the main span of the Langqi Bridge No.1 Bridge of the A7 contract section of the southeast section of the Fuzhou Ring Road,the large-size and large-volume cast-in-place continuous beam using WDJ bowl fasteners to set up full support,the scheme of using Bailey truss longitudinal beam+steel pipe column buttress to set large-span opening to traffic across local roads,and the checking method of bearing capacity of support structure are described in detail,which provides reference for this kind of cast-in-place continuous beam support scheme.
