摘　　要：以轨道交通产业为研究对象,研究了我国高校和企业科研工作的特征,探讨了我国产学研合作的演变及现状。论述和分析了Q公司校企合作项目的现状和存在问题。从项目特点出发,归纳了产学研合作理论法的本质,从项目管理方法、研究能力与需求匹配方法、分阶段建设方法、全过程管理方法等方面阐释了校企合作项目的多层次分析管理方法;并以Q公司校企合作项目为案例,探讨分析了上述方法的应用和成效。Taking the rail transit industry as the research object,this paper studies the characteristics of scientific research work of universities and enterprises in China,and probes into the evolution and status quo of domestic industry-university-research cooperation,discusses and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of school-enterprise cooperation projects of Q company.Starting from the characteristics of the project,this paper summarizes the essence of the theoretical method of industry-university-research cooperation,and explains the multi-level analysis management method of school-enterprise cooperation project from the project management method,research capacity and demand matching method,phased construction method,whole process management method and so on.Taking the school-enterprise cooperation project of Q company as an example,the application and effect of the above methods are discussed and analyzed.
