摘　　要：论文以连云港自贸区片区建设为背景,运用SWOT分析方法对连云港升级第四方物流市场的内部环境的优势和劣势、外部环境的机遇与威胁进行分析,探寻连云港第四方物流市场发展的策略,以期为连云港物流业的发展提供一些借鉴。Taking the free trade zone construction in Lianyungang as the background,the paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment,the opportunities and threats of the external environment of Lianyungang to upgrade the fourth party logistics market,and explores the development strategies of the fourth party logistics market in Lianyungang,so as to provide some reference for the development of the logistics industry in Lianyungang.
