摘　　要：设计"区域-学科领域-机构"三维分析框架,对国家自然科学基金(National Natural Science Foundation of China,NSFC)资助国家重点实验室的效果进行比较与分析,基于2014—2018年国家重点实验室发表的SCI论文分析NSFC资助国家重点实验室的地区、学科和机构的分布特征,探讨NSFC对国家重点实验室的科研效率、科研影响力和科研水平的影响,以期为管理部门制定合理的学科发展规划提供依据,从而促进国家重点实验室在科学前沿探索和解决国家重大需求方面继续发挥重要作用。并对NSFC资助国家重点实验室的效果三维分析框架进行了验证。This paper designs the three-dimensional analysis framework of"regional-disciplinary field-institution",compares and analyzes the effect of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC)subsidizing the state key laboratories,analyzes the distribution characteristics of the SCI papers published by the state key laboratories from 2014 to 2018 NSFC subsidizes the state key laboratories,and discusses the impact of the NSFC on the scientific research efficiency,scientific research influence and scientific research level of the state key laboratories,in order to provide the basis for the management to formulate a reasonable discipline development plan,and further promote the national key laboratories in scientific frontier exploration and solve major needs of the country continue to play an important role.And the three-dimensional analysis framework of the effect of the NSFC funded state key laboratory is verified.
