摘 要:当前知识产权与国际贸易之间的关系愈发紧密,知识产权成为我国融入经济全球化浪潮的关键。以江苏省2015—2017年177个中类产业作为研究样本,实证分析产业专利数量、商标数量以及两者交互效应与产业出口规模的关系。研究结果表明:发明专利数对产业出口规模有积极影响,商标数对产业出口规模有消极影响,专利产出越多越会削弱商标产出对产业出口贸易规模的积极影响,商标产出越多越会削弱专利产出对产业出口贸易规模的积极影响。进一步分析表明,国际贸易中的来源国效应是导致商标对产业出口消极影响的原因之一。At present,the relationship between intellectual property and international trade is becoming closer and closer,and intellectual property has become the key to China’s integration into the tide of economic globalization.Based on 177 middle-class industries from 2015 to 2017 in Jiangsu province,this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between the number of industrial patents,the number of trademarks and the interaction between them and the scale of industrial export.The results show that the number of invention patents has a positive effect on the industrial export scale,while the number of trademarks has a negative effect on the industrial export scale,more patent output will weaken the positive influence of trademark output on the scale of industrial export trade,more output of trademarks will weaken the positive influence of patent output on the scale of industrial export trade.Further analysis shows that the country of origin effect in international trade is one of the reasons for the negative impact of trademarks on industrial exports.
