摘  要:为了给抗硫套钢管的安全服役提供重要的理论依据,采用高温高压釜、SEM、EDS、XRD、极化曲线、电化学阻抗研究了90℃的H2S/CO2环境中P110SS钢腐蚀产物膜的生长机理,采用阴极极化的电化学阻抗和氢渗透曲线研究了H2S/CO2分压比对腐蚀产物膜保护性的影响。结果表明:在分压比为1∶0、1∶3、1∶7的腐蚀环境中形成的均是Fe S1-x腐蚀产物,经过5 h的腐蚀后,保护性最好,浸泡时间达到18 h时,其保护性最差,当浸泡时间达到72 h后,保护性提高。当浸泡时间为72 h时,随着CO2分压的增加,Fe S1-x腐蚀产物膜的保护性和抑制氢渗透的能力均逐渐增强。在分压比为0∶1的腐蚀环境中形成的是Fe CO3腐蚀产物膜,其保护性和抑制氢渗透的能力均随浸泡时间的增加而急剧增大,并且当浸泡时间均为72 h时,以上性能均高于Fe S1-x腐蚀产物膜。In order to offer important theoretical basis for the security service of anti-sulfur tubing steel,the formation mechanism of corrosion product films on P110SS steel in H2S/CO2environment at 90℃was studied by autoclave,scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS),X-ray diffraction (XRD),polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectrum.Moreover,the influences of corrosion products formed in H2S/CO2with various pressure ratios were researched by cathodic polarization electrochemical impedance and hydrogen permeability curve.Results showed that the corrosion product formed in the corrosive environment with the pressure ratios of 1∶0,1∶3 and 1∶7 was Fe S1-x.The corrosion films at 5 h had the optimal protective effect,while that at 18 h had the worst protective effect,which would be increased when the time rose to 72 h.When the immersion time was 72 h,the protective ability and hydrogen-permeation resistance of Fe S1-xcorrosion product film increased with the increase of CO2pressures.When the pressure ratio was0∶1,the Fe CO3corrosion product film formed,and the protective ability and hydrogen-permeation resistance increased sharply as the immersion time increased.Furthermore,when the immersion time was 72 h,the corrosion product films possessed the superior performances to FeScorrosion product films.
