摘　　要：华丽高速公路第20合同段施工中,分析人工挖孔桩地处滑坡地质和雨期施工等不利因素,在边坡防护、人身安全防护、机械施工防护、雨期施工措施、用电安全保护、脚手架使用等方面制订技术措施并建立了应急机构,避免了安全风险,保证了施工安全。Considering the adverse conditions,such as landslide risk and rain season construction of the manual digging pile project during construction of the 20th contracted segment of Huaping-Lijiang expressway,technical measures were designed and emergence group was formed for side slope protection,body safety protection,equipment construction protection,rain season construction measures,electricity safety protection and scaffold application,etc.,to avoid safety risk and guarantee construction safety.
