摘  要:以三元煤业某矿大断面巷道围岩掘进过程为例,对三元煤业某矿13号煤层的具体情况进行了介绍,阐述了实践应用中常见的三种掘进机截割头切割路径,分别为"蛇形"切割路径、"回形"切割路径和"螺旋形"切割路径。基于Midas GTS NX有限元软件建立了大断面巷道围岩掘进过程模型,根据模拟分析结果并结合实际情况,最终建议选用"蛇形"方案作为三元煤业某矿大断面巷道掘进中的切割路径。Taking the excavation process of surrounding rock in a large section roadway of a coal mine in Sanyuan Coal Industry as an example, this paper introduces the concrete situation of coal seam No.13 in a coal mine in Sanyuan Coal Industry, and expounds three common cutting paths of roadheader cutting head in practical application,namely "snake-shaped" cutting path, " return-shaped " cutting path and " spiral " cutting path. Based on the Midas GTS NX finite element software, the excavation process model of large section roadway surrounding rock is established.According to the simulation and analysis results and combined with the actual situation, it is suggested that the "snake shape" scheme be selected as the cutting path in the excavation of large section roadway in a mine in Sanyuan Coal Industry.
