摘　　要：针对采煤机内外喷雾系统降尘效率低、故障率高的问题,开展了高压喷雾降尘技术研究,开发一套采煤机高压自动喷雾系统。应用实践表明,高压自动喷雾降尘系统工作可靠性高,降尘效率提高了11个百分点。Aiming at the problems of low dust reduction efficiency and high failure rate of the internal and external spray system of shearer, a high pressure spray dust reduction technology research is carried out, and a set of high pressure automatic spray system of shearer is to be developed. The application practice shows that the high pressure automatic spray dust control system has high reliability and increased dust control efficiency by 11 percentage points.
