摘　　要：针对带式输送机在运输煤炭过程中容易出现撒煤现象,设计研究了一种矿用带式输送机浮煤清理装置。该装置采用链斗式输送装置与多轮系结构相结合的设计,可以从根本上减少了工作人员的数量和劳动强度,减少带式输送机的停机次数,提高煤矿的开采效率。Aiming at the coal sprinkling phenomenon in the process of belt conveyor transportation, a floating coal cleaning device for belt conveyor for mining is designed and studied. The device adopts the design characteristics of the combination of chain bucket conveying device and multi-wheel structure. It can fundamentally reduce the number of staff and labor intensity, reduce the number of belt conveyor downtime, improve coal mining efficiency.
