智能化系统在东曲选煤厂原煤系统中的应用

摘　　要：结合东曲选煤厂现有生产管理条件,通过规划智能服务平台、工艺管理中心、生产管理中心、设备管理中心、人员管理中心、安全管理中心等六个方面,配置智能化基础设施,构建该选煤厂原煤系统智能化。分析认为,智能化平台搭建在该选煤厂现有PLC工控系统之上,能够提高管理效率、减少人工干预、降低生产成本、优化产品结构、增加经济效益。对构建高效、节能、绿色、环保、舒适的人性化智能选煤厂有着积极的作用。Combined with the existing production management conditions of a coal preparation plant, through the planning of intelligent service platform, process management center, production management center, equipment management center, personnel management center, safety management center, etc., the intelligent infrastructure is configured to construct the intelligent raw coal system of the coal preparation plant. According to the analysis, the intelligent platform is built on the existing industrial control system PLC the coal preparation plant, which can improve the management efficiency, reduce the labor intervention, reduce the production cost, optimize the product structure and increase the economic benefit. It has a positive effect on the construction of high efficiency, energy saving, green,environmental protection and comfortable humanized intelligent coal preparation plant.
