摘　　要：里分住宅是湖北传统民居在近代发展中的特殊产物,因其特殊的社会时代背景,它又是中国住宅发展史上从古代住宅演变成近代住宅的转折点。本文以里分住宅平面布局研究为切入点,发现里分住宅在继承传统民居的同时,受到西方建筑思想的影响,进行中西合璧的融合更新。从平面布局空间形态的视角,探寻中国住宅建筑思想的一些转变。LI-FEN residence is a special product of the development of traditional folk dwellings in Hubei province in modern times.Due to its special social background,it is also a turning point in the development history of Chinese residential development from ancient residence to modern residence.Based on the study of the layout of LIFEN residence,this paper finds that while inheriting the traditional residence,LIFEN residence is influenced by its western architectural ideas,so as to update the integration of Chinese and western elements.From the perspective of spatial form of plane layout,this paper explores some changes of Chinese residential architectural thoughts.
