关于在线接收建设工程电子档案的几点思考

摘　　要：针对在线接收建设工程电子档案,通过厘清档案的原件属性、电子档案、单套制、单轨制内涵,分析建设工程电子档案在线接收的难点和时机,提出从源头上调整接收范围,方法上逐步试点推进、标准上符合规范要求、运行上严守安全底线的实践路径。In view of receiving electronic archives of construction projects online,this paper analyzes the difficulties and opportunities of online receiving of electronic archives of construction projects by clarifying the connotation of original attributes,electronic archives,single set system and single track system of archives,and puts forward practical paths of adjusting the receiving scope from the source,gradually promoting the pilot in methods,meeting the requirements of norms in standards,and strictly observing the safety bottom line in operation.
