基于城市双修背景下的徐州市更新策略研究

摘　　要：“城市双修”是对城市在城镇化进程中产生的社会和生态环境问题而提出的一种新的指导理论。如何使城市发展与环境保护之间相平衡、经济效益和社会效益相统一是本文所探究的问题。笔者首先通过文献调查法对城市双修理念的发展历程和概念进行梳理,然后分析对比国内外运用城市双修理念进行城市建设的相关案例,总结出其成功经验。最后梳理徐州市城市发展的现状,并从城市双修的视角针对当前面临的问题提出建议及思考。“Urban double repair”is a new guiding theory for the social and ecological environment problems in the process of urbanization.How to make the balance between urban development and environmental protection,and the unity of economic and social benefits are the problems that this paper explores.First of all,the author combs the development process and concept of urban double repair concept through literature survey,then analyzes and compares the relevant cases of urban construction using urban double repair concept at home and abroad,and summarizes its successful experience.At last,the paper reviews the current situation of urban development in Xuzhou,and puts forward suggestions and Reflections on the current problems from the perspective of urban double repair.
