摘  要:城市防灾公园作为防灾避难的主要场所之一,在灾难来临的时候发挥了重要的作用。尤其是近年来自然灾害频繁,给社会生活带来不可磨灭的伤痛,人们越来越重视防灾绿地的建设。本文通过对徐州市第一个防灾公园——劳武港公园的规划进行实地调研和分析研究,并结合理论知识基础,分析探讨防灾公园在灾时避难所起的重要作用,为城市防灾公园的规划建设提供一定的参考价值。The construction of urban leisure and recreation system is an inevitable requirement for the city to return to serve people,and it is also an inevitable requirement for urban development.As the level of urban development improves,urban residents begin to pursue a more comfortable and pleasant life.The improvement of city quality has become a problem faced by city managers.The concept of building a park city was first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Tianfu New District,Chengdu,Sichuan Province in February 2018.It focuses on the high degree of harmony and unity of"people,city,environment,and industry"and integrates the needs of citizens'recreational and tourist leisure systems.Carry out overall considerations so as to achieve the construction goals of livability,leisure and travel.As a popular tourist city in Xiamen,the construction of its urban leisure and recreation system must meet the needs of both citizens and tourists.This is similar to the concept of park city construction.In this paper,through the analysis of the construction factors of leisure and recreation system and the requirements of park city construction,the paper proposes optimization suggestions for the construction of the recreation system of Jimei School Village,Xiamen,in order to provide a reference for the later reconstruction and optimization of Jimei School Village.
