摘 要:某ICI-AMV工艺合成氨装置原料天然气更换导致二段转化炉进料组分发生变化,为了评估富氧原料变化对设备造成的影响,针对该厂使用的Kellogg烧嘴,对二段转化炉燃烧室进行燃烧数值模拟。计算结果表明,在改变进料组分后,炉内燃烧火焰中心高温区域下移,使燃烧室出口温度不均匀性加剧,可能会导致催化剂床层失活。依据计算结论,对二段转化炉烧嘴提出了设计优化方案,新方案实际投用效果良好,对计算结果和优化方案进行了验证。The raw ingredients of the secondary reformer have been changed for the replacement of raw gas in an ICI-AMV ammonia plant.In order to evaluate the effect of oxygen-rich ingredients change,a numerical simulation is conducted for the Kellogg burner of secondary reformer used in the factory.The results indicate that,when ingredients are changed,the high temperature region of the secondary reformer burner is shifted downward,the outlet temperature distortion increases and may cause the catalyst layer to be poisoned.Based on the analysis,some optimized design schemes are proposed for the new working conditions,and the burner works well in practice.The simulation results and optimized design scheme are verified.
