摘　　要：100年前列宁发表的《共产主义运动中的“左派”幼稚病》,对实现党集中统一领导进行了深入阐述,把加强党的集中统一领导放到关系党的事业发展成败得失的战略高度上来认识,提出严格的纪律是保证党的事业发展的“基本条件之一”,必须在民主集中制的基础上维护党的权威,并建立一套适合实践发展要求的领导组织、策略、方式、方法。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,清醒认识并有效消弭反映新时代“左派”幼稚病特点的认识倾向极为必要。要坚持把加强党的集中统一领导作为推进中国特色社会主义事业发展的最强烈的时代呼唤,把坚定思想统一的政治自觉作为坚持党的集中统一领导、维护党中央权威的前置性要求,以积极主动的斗争精神应对新形势下否定党的集中统一领导的新表现新方式,科学认识、把握严肃党内政治生活问题上的一系列重大关系。In his work,“Left-Wing”Communism:An Infantile Disorder,published 100 years ago,Lenin gave an in-depth exposition on realizing the Party’s centralized and unified leadership.He argued that strengthening centralized and unified leadership of the Party is of strategic significance as it dictates the success or failure of the Party’s cause,and proposed that strict discipline is one of the“essential requisites”for ensuring the development of the Party’s cause and that it is necessary to uphold the Party’s authority on the basis of democratic centralism and establish a set of leadership organization,strategies,measures and methods in line with the requirements of practical development.As Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we must take strengthening the Party’s centralized,unified leadership as the strongest call of the times for advancing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,take political consciousness of firm convictions as the prerequisite for upholding the authority of the Central Committee and its centralized,unified leadership,resolutely redress any new expressions or forms that deny the Party’s centralized,unified leadership under the new circumstances,and put into perspective the major relationships in intraparty political activities.
