摘　　要：党员标准,是党章对党员提出的规定及要求。自党的一大纲领的规定开始,经过民主革命时期的创建、新中国成立后的发展、改革开放以来的完善等三个阶段,中国共产党在党员基本条件、党员发展、党员权利和义务等方面逐渐形成了成熟的标准体系。中共党员标准的嬗变,反映了党在各个历史时期对党员的不同要求,体现了党不断严格党员标准、提高党员质量、扩大群众基础的不懈努力,彰显了党对党员先进性与纯洁性的不断追求。The norms for Party members include regulations and requirements prescribed in the Party constitution for its members.On the basis of the Program set up on the 1st National Congress of the Party,a mature system of norms for Party members covering various aspects including the basic membership requirements,recruitment,the rights and obligations of a Party member,etc.,has formed over the years through stages of establishment during the Democratic Revolution,development after the founding of the People’s Republic of China,and improvement since the reform and opening up.The evolution of the norms embodies the Party’s requirements for its members in specific historical periods,showing its unremitting efforts to tighten the standards for its members,improve the quality,and foster strong public support and basis,and its constant pursuit for the advanced nature and purity of its members.
