论延安精神在中国共产党政党文化中的独特地位

摘　　要：在中国共产党政党文化近百年发展历程中,延安精神具有十分独特的地位。延安精神形成于中国共产党政党文化完善成型的关键时期,反映了这一时期中国共产党政党文化建设的特点和取得的成就;全面涵盖了意识形态、组织心理、行为作风等中国共产党政党文化的构成要素;充分发挥了价值整合、规范制约、改造和引领等政党文化的重要功能;通过巩固马克思主义指导地位和吸收中华优秀传统文化,实现了政党文化的民族性转化;成为中国共产党思想文化、组织文化、制度文化、行为文化建设的基本原则。The Yan’an spirit enjoys a singularly special position in the development of the Party’s political culture over the past century.Formed in a pivotal period when the Party’s culture was taking shape,the spirit embodied the Party’s characteristics and achievements in its culture building during that period.It covered the various aspects of the Party culture,including ideology,organization psychology,norms and conduct,etc.It played an important role of the Party culture in value integration,setting up norms and regulations,transforming and guidance in the Party.It adapted the party culture to the Chinese conditions by upholding Marxism as a guiding ideology and drawing on the fine traditional Chinese culture.It served as the basic principles for the Party in ideological,organizational,institutional and conduct culture building.
