摘  要:党性教育是党校的主责主业。开展党性教育效果评估是对党性教育工作的检验与反馈,是提高党性教育质量的根本保证。在柯氏评估模型的基础上,针对当前党性教育评估中存在的主要问题,结合党校开展党性教育的实际情况,提出党校党性教育效果评估体系的基本逻辑框架及各层级评估的评估内容及采用的评估方法,并在做好党性教育效果评估工作方面提出了通过建立健全党员党性修养评价的长效机制、建立党校党性教育效果评估机制、采取多样化的评估方法和手段等相关建议。Party consciousness education is the major task and duty of Party schools.Performance evaluation,as a test and feedback to it,is a fundamental guarantee for improving the education quality.On the basis of Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model,in view of the problems in the evaluation of Party consciousness education as well as the current Party consciousness education at Party schools,this paper puts forward a framework for assessing the performance of Party consciousness education,including the contents at each assessment level and the methods adopted,and offers some suggestions,such as establishing a long-term mechanism for evaluating Party members’self-cultivation,establishing an evaluation mechanism for assessing Party schools’performance of education,and adopting multiple evaluation means and methods.
